You Know Your Worth. Now Build a Business That Matches It.
6 months. One focused container. Built around who you already are — and who you're becoming.
Self-CERTAINTY
6-Month IFS-Informed Business Coaching for Established Therapists
You've built a real practice. Now let's build the business around it.
This is for you if…
You're established. Your practice is full or near-full. Colleagues refer to you. Clients stay.
And yet — something shifted. You're watching your calendar fill for months ahead and realizing: more sessions is not the answer.
You want more creative range. More spaciousness. Income that doesn't depend entirely on you showing up in a room for 45 minutes at a time.
Not because you're burned out. Because you've outgrown the current shape of your business — and you know it.
What we work on together

What we work on together 〰️
Self-Leadership → Self-Led Business
We start inside. Using IFS parts work and hypnotherapy, we identify the parts that over-deliver, under-charge, people-please, or keep you "too busy to build."
When your inner system can hold certainty — the outer strategy becomes clear.
Personalized 1:1 Coaching
Your practice is yours. Your coaching is too.
We tailor everything — your fee structure, your offers, your schedule, your systems — to your clinical style, your nervous system, and the life you're actually building.
No cookie-cutter blueprints. No "just launch a course" advice.
Refine your 1:1 model so it generates more spaciousness — not more hours
Align your fees with your actual level of expertise (and stay there)
Reduce insurance dependence where appropriate — without guilt
Design your first aligned offer beyond weekly sessions (group, intensive, training, speaking)
Navigate the tech you actually need: EHR, scheduling, AI tools, course platforms
Connect you with other established therapists doing the same work
As the container grows: themed masterclasses and group sessions to go deeper together
Inside Self-CERTAINTY, we:
Why I built this — and why therapists specifically
〰️
Why I built this — and why therapists specifically 〰️
I wanted to be a therapist. I studied clinical psychology for five years, graduated with honors, and built my own model using sign language in a special psychology practice in Russia.
Then I moved to the U.S. and had to start over. Credentials didn't transfer. My practice didn't exist here. I spent years pivoting — youth counseling, tech consulting, senior iOS roles at T-Mobile and Nordstrom — making more money and feeling further from work that mattered.
Coming back through IFS-informed coaching, I found what I'd been missing: a business that could move with me. Flex without collapsing. That my nervous system could actually sustain.
Since then, I've spent years coaching entrepreneurs to build businesses that actually work. Tech experts who turned consulting practices into full coaching businesses. Course creators who went from invisible to invited — onto other people's podcasts, stages, and platforms. A beauty brand consultant working with Black-owned businesses who doubled her revenue and closed two major deals in a single week. Business consultants who diversified their income and stopped depending on one client or one revenue stream.
Now I'm here for therapists. Not because it's a smart niche pivot. Because it's a calling.
The world needs therapists. And therapists deserve to be paid. They deserve to build ethical wealth, to stop trading hours for survival, to make a real impact without burning out in the process. I know this work. I know this field. And I'm not going anywhere.
Ready to build what's next?
Private Practice Audit — A focused look at what you've built, what's keeping you capped, and where the real leverage is. Investment is $450
Self-CERTAINTY — The full 6-month coaching container. $3,000. For an established therapist in private practice, that's likely one to two weeks of client revenue.
Take your time with it. When you're ready, I'll be here.

Either works. The audit is a great fit if you're not sure whether coaching is right for you, want clarity on your practice before committing to a longer container, or just want an outside perspective without a big investment. The full Self-CERTAINTY program is a better fit if you already know you want strategic support over time, are ready to build and not just assess, and want a thinking partner invested in your growth for 6 months. Some people do both — they start with the audit and enroll in the full program after. That path works too.

Most business coaches for therapists come from one lane: they were therapists who built a private practice and now teach others to do the same thing. That's valuable, but it's one perspective. My background is different. I have a Master's in Clinical Psychology and worked in mental health for over a decade. But I also spent 10 years in tech as a senior iOS and AI consultant working with companies like T-Mobile, Nordstrom, and CareRev. And I've spent years coaching entrepreneurs across industries — tech experts, course creators, consultants, beauty brand founders — helping them diversify income, land stages, and build businesses that flex when life changes. That cross-industry lens is rare. I'm not teaching you a template that worked for my practice. I'm helping you design something that fits you — your nervous system, your clinical style, your actual goals.

IFS stands for Internal Family Systems — a therapeutic model developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz that works with the different "parts" of a person rather than treating the psyche as a single unified voice. I was first introduced to IFS in college during my clinical psychology training and it's stayed with me ever since. I continue my education through the IFS Institute and stay current with ongoing training, so this isn't something I learned once and filed away. In coaching, IFS shows up when we notice the parts that are driving your business decisions — the part that over-delivers, the part that avoids raising your rates, the part that says "I'm not ready yet." We don't fight those parts. We work with them. When your inner system is aligned, strategy stops feeling hard.

Hypnotherapy is available as a tool in our work together, but it's never required. I'm a Registered Hypnotherapist in Washington State, and I find it genuinely useful for accessing the deeper parts of the system — the beliefs and patterns that don't always respond to strategy alone. That said, it's optional. Some clients want to use it, some don't. Either way, the coaching is effective. If you're curious about it, we can explore it together once we have a sense of where you are and what would serve you most.

That skepticism is fair — and honestly, it's a sign you're paying attention. The coaching industry has a real problem with people selling the illusion of success without having actually built anything. Here's what I'd point to: I have a verifiable clinical background — a Master's in Clinical Psychology, 10+ years in mental health, and a Registered Hypnotherapist credential in Washington State. My tech career is public and documentable. My coaching work has produced real, specific results for real clients. I don't hide behind vague testimonials or lifestyle content. And the audit exists precisely so you can experience how I work before committing to anything larger. If we're not a fit after that conversation, I'll tell you.

Yes — directly and without judgment. That guilt is one of the most common things I work with, and it's not weakness. It's a values conflict that lives in your nervous system. You became a therapist to help people, and the idea of making access harder can feel like a betrayal of that mission. We work with that part, not around it. What I've found is that when therapists free up capacity by shifting their business model, they often serve their remaining clients more fully and create more access over time — not less. You don't have to abandon your ethics to build a sustainable practice. That's actually the whole point.

No. This is business and performance coaching — not therapy, not clinical treatment, not mental health services. Our work together is forward-focused and strategic. I bring therapeutic frameworks like IFS to help you understand the internal obstacles that show up in your business — but we are not in a therapeutic relationship. There is a clear scope, a clear informed consent, and a clear distinction between coaching and clinical work. I take this seriously because my license matters to me, and because you, as a clinician, deserve to work with someone who actually understands these boundaries.
